What is a 28th State Tumbler/Can Cooler/Soft Cooler/Hard Cooler?
The 28th State Tumbler/Can Cooler is Stainless steel tumbler, cooler Can insulator that are designed with double-wall vacuum insulation which creates an anti sweat system. The tumblers will keep your, wine, beer, soda, and other beverages ice cold. . Our unique 4 in 1 can be used as a tumbler or a can cooler.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE 28TH STATE PRODUCTS?
LIMITED WARRANTY:
We take as much pride in our products as we do as being Texan. The limited warranty pertains to the person who originally purchased the product and only from our Website (the28thstate.com) . The limited warranty is honored if all the below are met.
In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
You must have purchased the product from the 28th State.
You must provide proof of purchase from the 28th State.
You must return the product to the 28th State.
You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND SAFETY WARNINGS FOR THE TUMBLERS/CAN COOLERS?

ARE THE 28TH STATE PRODUCTS SAFE?
All tumblers and can coolers are BPA Free. BPA is the more common name for Bisphenol A, a chemical compound linked to a variety of health issues and diseases. BPA is used in a variety of plastics - The 28th State products do not contain any BPA .

THE 28th STATE OUTDOOR GEAR RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
All returns must be related to a 28thstate.com. The 28th State does not offer returns on items purchased outside of the28thstate.com.
All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. The 28th State does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. The 28th State does not accept returns on customized product.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on the28thstate.com for the correct item.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your original order number.
Securely attach your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
